Kate Moss

Katherine Moss was born on January 16, 1974 in Croydon, Greater London, England.  When Kate was 14, after a family vacation to the Bahamas, Storm Model Management “discovered” her in the JFK airport. She became the anti-supermodel of the 1990s, ushering in the waif look with her diminutive size and blank stare.  Moss has campaigns with many major designers across the globe. Her career could have been derailed due to her wild personal life, with a visit to a London Rehabilitation clinic in 1998, and then the controversy rose after photographs of her “allegedly” sniffing cocaine surfaced in 2005.  Moss had a long-running romance with actor Johnny Depp that ended in 1998. She then dated editor Jefferson Hack with whom she has a daughter Lila Grace and was most recently seen with singer Pete Doherty.  Now in her 30s, Moss has maintained her cache with high-end designers and continues to be one of the “it” women of modeling.
