Mimi Rogers

 

Mimi Rogers is an actress and competitive poker player.  She was also the first wife of Tom Cruise from 1987 to 1990.  Rogers introduced Cruise to Scientology.  Her current status in the church is unknown, but it is believed that she is no longer active.

Rogers' most famous roles were in the Someone to Watch Over Me, Lost in Space and as the mother of Elizabeth Hurley in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.  Most recently, Rogers has spent time playing competitive poker finishing in the money (33rd place) at the $1000 Ladies' No-Limit Hold 'em World Series of Poker event, winning $5,132.  She is also on the board of directors of the World Poker Tour.

She is presently involved with producer Chris Ciaffa; they have two children, Lucy and Charles.
