See More... ET is reporting that they have confirmed the rumors that Janet Jackson will be developing her own reality show on MTV. She'll be mentoring a group of aspiring dancers and singers. Rumor has it the winner could be vying for a spot in Janet's new tour starting September 10, 2008.
