WOMEN obviously don’t believe that Chace Crawford had an on-set romance with “Gossip Girl” co-star Ed Westwick - a rumor Crawford denies. At a recent birthday party for talent manager Eric Podwall at the Motley Bird Nest in LA, both Rumer Willis and Brittny Gastineau were competing for Crawford’s attention. “Rumer had the shortest jean shorts on and walked in and immediately looked for him. She hugged him and kept dancing near him,” said our spy. “He wouldn’t give her the time of day. Brittny was also dying to meet him. She told him they should hang out in New York.”
