See More... "The Insider" confirms the news that former "Friends" and "Dirt" star Courteney Cox is returning to the small screen.

The actress will join NBC comedy "Scrubs" for a three-episode arc. Courteney will be playing the new Chief of Medicine at the show's fictional Sacred Heart Hospital.
