NICOLAS CAGE NAMED TOP COMIC BOOK GEEK

Hollywood actor Nicolas Cage has been named the top celebrity comic book geek in a new poll. Website PulpSecret gave the National Treasure star the odd accolade after Cage’s new Virgin Comics series, Voodoo Child, hit the stores.The star, who changed his birth name Coppola to Cage as a tribute to Marvel Comics’ Luke Cage, has often spoken candidly about his love of graphic novels and comics. And he took his hobby to a new level when he named his baby son Kal-el Superman’s birth name, when the tot was born in 2005.The website reports Cage’s comic book collection was one of the most valuable ever owned by a Hollywood celebrity.
