Step Brothers John C Reilly and Will Ferrell give Jimmy Kimmel Lives! Guillermo a beat down on tonight's show at 12:06a on ABC. 

Step Brothers is the latest trailer on Guillermo's resume, he also bumped Matt Damon in The Bourne Ultimatum and recently played the Hulk in The Incredible Hulk. If this trailer is anything like the other two, we have another viral hit on our hands. So make sure to check it on the bigger screen tonight on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! at 12:06a before it takes over your computer screens.
