Denise Richards Pictures: Denise Richards Child Custody Update

Denise Richards asked a Los Angeles judge to change her child custody agreement with ex Charlie Sheen today but was denied, and will reportedly re-file with a different judge on Monday, Sheen's attorney tells "The Insider."

Sheen and his primetime TV sitcom, "Two and a Half Men," were nominated for Best Actor and Best Comedy Emmys today. Richards is the star of E! reality show: "Denise Richards: It's Complicated."

Sheen's attorney tells us: "It is most unfortunate that Denise Richards and her attorney are desperately trying to deprive Charlie Sheen of visitation with his children, and at the same time obviously trying to create a media circus designed to help publicize her reality show."

I am glad she was denied. I think Charlie has every right to see his children and if anything she is the one who is a questionable parent in my eyes. She doesn't think anything of going around showing her body. What does that do for her children?

Why is it only Denise that keeps the bad stuff going. I have not heard Charlie at all bad mouth or say anything bad towards Denise. She needs to stop and get a life. You are only making things worse for the girls. Let the girls enjoy their dad and step-mom. Denise, you need to let go. Charlie picked someone else and you are only putting the girls in the middle. Shame on you.

I have to agree with Charlie's lawyers, she's just trying to get her lame reality show some publicity, I mean really what talent does she have? (Other than once being married to a TALENTED actor).

she shud not do tis taking da kids away frm the father i mean..watever problems they hav shud not affect the kids relationship wid the father.subjecting the kids through tis trauma is not a nice thing to do..
