In the past few months, she has undergone various procedures to have her breasts reduced and lifted.

Her made-up look was in stark contrast to the same woman who only yesterday was snapped looking down in the dumps and without her make-up and wedding ring as she stopped at a petrol station near her Surrey home.

Despite winning a libel battle against the News Of The World over false allegations she and husband Peter Andre were bad parents a fortnight ago, Price didn't look her usual happy self.

But fellow clubbers were a little too enthusiastic, and they had to leave when Katie was pestered constantly for photos and autographs.

They then headed to Movida before ending up at Bungalow 8 in Covent Garden.
