Holly has openly spoke about plastic surgery. She told in magazine interviews that she had to talk “Hef” into letting her get a rhinoplasty nose job and breast augmentation because he’s seen many bad results. She ultimately succeeded by removing the bump from her nose and going from an A cup breast to a D cup. (source)
