Who's the best dressed celebrity?A New York judge ruled that the couple's pre-nup was valid and granted a divorce to Philip on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment, ending the couple's eight year marriage. He ordered Philip, who is reportedly worth an estimated $60 million, to make a first payment of $50,000 in 10 days. Tricia is required to leave their New York apartment in 30 days.
Philip told reporters outside the courtroom that he was happy the matter was settled, while Tricia (who wrote a play called Bonkers) said, "I'm going bonkers!" She went on to say that she is very upset about the settlement and she's planning to appeal it.
