See More... RICHARD Gere’s latest flick, “Brooklyn’s Finest,” hit a rough patch last week when an entire scene had to be cut because the city denied the production company adequate parking. The scene, set in Nom Wah Tea Parlor on Doyers Street in Chinatown, required movie trailers and trucks car rying equipment to be parked outside. “But if you can’t park the truck, you can’t shoot the movie,” said one production source. A rep for the flick confirmed the scene was axed but insisted it was a creative de cision on the part of filmmakers.
