Britney Spears just keeps the sexy a comin'! The former and possibly up-and-coming once again popstar showed up at Generation Rescue's Event hosted by Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey and I must say, Brit looked pretty awesome! Even that normally ratty weave, looked stylin'.

The event was held to bring awareness to autism - Jenny's son, Evan, 6, has autism and she's been very vocal about bringing attention to the cause.

Brit was seen sipping red wine and appeared to be relaxed and cheerful. An insider said, "She looked incredible - like the Britney we used to know. She was clapping and smiling a lot."
