“Judge David Radford told Fielder-Civil that he behaved in a ‘gratuitous, cowardly, and disgraceful’ way. Fielder-Civil has already served around nine months on remand. Amy Winehouse was not in court today to support her husband. Fielder-Civil appealed to a judge to let him walkfree so he could become a role model to the troubled singer. Through his barrister, Fielder-Civil told of his love for his wife and determination that both will devote themselves to becoming clean.”
Yeah, what judge in their right mind would believe that he was so looking forward to getting out of prison just so that he and wifey could straighten out their act and behave like regular people. I also don’t know any judge that would let him off easy. This is the same man that was recently caught on video doing heroin behind bars! That’s exactly who I want as my role model. But where was Amy? Was she so strung out that she couldn’t even let her husband know that she was thinking of him? Or is the tension so great between her and Blake’s mom, who was there, that she didn’t want to see her? I don’t know, I think this is one of those situations that you do your job no matter what. And Amy’s job was to be there for her husband, no matter what.
