Lindsay Lohan Gets Served Legal Papers over Samantha Ronson Related Lawsuit

From Splash - It was early morning and Lindsay Lohan had just arrived to continue filming her latest movie  “Labor Pains” when a man, initially pretending to be a pap, tried to serve the actress some legal documents. Lindsay refused to accept the papers and her bodyguard wasted no time in swooping in divert the mans arm.

 Photographers later reported that Lohan was confused and upset until girl pal Samantha Ronson showed up to have lunch with Lindsay, eventually cheering
her up.

It’s believed the papers are related to a current lawsuit involving Samantha’s former attorney Martin Garbus, who she is currently suing for mishandling her case against Perez Hilton (who hasn’t sued Perez?).
