YouTube divorcee Tricia Walsh-Smith's divorce is final, but she has posted an all-new rant on her Web site saying she is leaving Manhattan for London. Walsh-Smith declares, "New York is a wonderful place. You can buy anything -- lawyers, judges, newspapers. There's not an ounce of truth coming out of New York," she declares.Walsh-Smith is the ex-wife of Philip Smith, president of the Shubert Organization, the largest theater owner on Broadway, and she claims in her video that her husband caused her to lose her agent.
"I'm tired out. I'm going back to London. But will I get work there? I don't know. My 's husband's organization's reach is everywhere. It has ruined my business interests."
Judge Harold Beeler, who granted the divorce, did uphold the terms of the couple's pre-nup, so Walsh-Smith will need to vacate the Park Avenue apartment within 30 days of the June 22 ruling and Smith, must pay his ex, the $750,000 as indicated in the pre-nup.
