"Just seeing [Barack] on stage, I cried my eyelashes off," Oprah told us. "I've never experienced anything like this … I think that what he had to offer the country tonight will make us all better."

"It changed my life," she added.

And Oscar-winning actor Forest Whitaker agreed: "It's one of the most powerful speeches I've ever heard," he said.

Hey guys
It's great that a man like B.O moves people around the world. Thanks Celebrities like Oprah promoted him in his unpopular days.

I may not be a celebrity right now but his moving words from last night were " This election isn't about me it's about you" And that was night biggest stealer for me.

So i can wherever or whatever you are doing Mr. President Obama keep Rockin the speech cause nobody does it the way you do sir.

I have just returned from throughout Europe. And if Americans think he is loved here, Barack is truly the "Hope" of Eastern Europe. After being under the rule of the USSR, and then being exposed to American culture via TV and music video, Eastern Europe (especially Romania) look to the USA for guidance to a better life. And when Bush lies and creates policies that serve only his friends, the hope for guidance died. And in Barack, The people of Eastern Europe have a renewed sense of hope that America is still the place they wish to come. One woman saw my Obama '08 shirt and said, "It does not matter if he wins or loses in America, we will listen to him and follow his word of hope to our grave! He belongs to the world"
