"He's a little Steve clone,'' mum Terri Irwin said.
Sporting a thick mop of blond hair and a cheeky grin, the youngster is the spitting image of Steve, in looks and in bravado.
In an interview to be aired on Channel Nine's 60 Minutes tonight, Bob is seen wrestling with a crocodile, cradling reptiles and filming a television segment.
He is tipped to be just as successful as his father.
Bob says he wants his own TV show without big sister Bindi getting in the way.
"I'm Mr Independence,'' Bob says, as he refuses help from Bindi to climb a tree.
Indeed, Bob's celebrity stardom has already begun.
He is shown on tonight's program filming a segment about owls. As the camera rolls, an animated Bob stares down the camera talking to viewers, just as his father would have. Interestingly, Terri has started calling her youngest child "Robert'' rather than "Little Bob''.
Terri disputes suggestions Bob and Bindi do not have a normal childhood.
Nor does she believe it is unusual that the family sits down each morning to watch a Steve Irwin DVD. Terri said it was a daily ritual, which the children loved.
"It's nice while we're having breakfast to hear Steve's voice in the background. It's special,'' she said.
But while Bob is being groomed for television fame, his big sister says won't be giving up her stardom. source
