Ne-Yo and Anastasia were spotted front row at the Just Cavalli Spring 2009 Fashion Show in Milan recently.  Looks like Ne-Yo may have found a woman that “Got her own”. The Knowles crypt, Solange and Kelly were also spotted at the show. Check out more photos under the cut
