Priyanka recently made her presence felt at the ongoing Middle East International Film Festival in Dubai. The event which kickstarted on Oct 10th continues to go on till Oct 19th at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Dubai. More than 130 films from 35 countries will be screened at the second edition of the Middle East International Film Festival (MEIFF), organized by the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH).
Around 70 movies including feature and short films and documentaries will compete for the Black Pearl Awards with prizes totaling more than $1.5 million (Dh 5.5 million), which according to organizers is the world's largest purse for film awards. Priyanka, who walked the red carpet in a bright red dress coupled with a stunning necklace during the opening day of the festival, surely had a memorable time as she got a chance to meet some big names of Hollywood such as Meg Ryan, Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffith.
