I think she looks very classy and yes, very Hepburn-like. And that's a compliment.

Her face is modern, in her style, but no like Audrey. Natalie's eyes have been accented and shown as wide, but no as her heart shaped, deep, and romantic eyes. Natalie is very sharp but her face is stern a bit. Overall she's pretty, but not Audrey pretty.

no way. I hate when people compare Natalie to Audrey Hepburn. Ms. Hepburn is a unique beauty because she was not considered the conventional beauty like Grace Kelly and Marilyn Monroe. Plus Audrey had a great personality and all everyone ever says about Ms. Portman is that she graduated from Harvard. no comparison

I don't think she looks totally like her. There are times I see pics of Ms. Hepburn and think wow that looks like Natalie there, but I don't look at Natalie Portman and think Audrey Hepburn....Natalie has smaller eyes and a thiner face....Audrey's nose is a bit more defined...overall I think they are both beautiful, obviously, but Audrey is a classic unique face that no one will ever be again.

No, I think she doesn't. Audrey Hepburn is a unique woman and nobody looks like her. Comparing Audrey to anybody is a sin.
But I think Natalie is very similar to Keira Knightley and Winona Ryder.
