According to her manager, Larry Rudolph, the whole idea that Britney is with tater-tot again is "absurd." Apparently, the incident in question that started the whole rumor had to do with a peanut butter/vomit mix-up involving a mystery substance that ended up on the shirt of her new man, Isaac Cohen. US Weekly reports:
