Come June 29, audiences will be able to catch Meryl Streep and her daughter, aspiring actress Mamie Gummer (real name - Mary) in the feature film Evening, in which they portray the elder and younger versions of the same character. This isn't the first time they've shared the screen together - Mamie was 18 months old when she appeared as Meryl's daughter in Heartburn. But this time, she's actually acting and the 23-year-old brushes off comparisons to her Oscar-winning mother.

sorry, but as one hugely appreciative for streep's unparallelled talents who had no knowledge of the mamie/streep connection, i IMMEDIATELY recognized that she had to be streep's daughter...not only appearance but also voice and, most importantly, many of the same talents. movie fans are as lucky as mamie since we can be assured that the streep magic will not disappear any time soon!

Sorry, i cant so good write in Engligh. I'm just from Ukraine!The Mamie is also talent. I've soth a movie Evening! And i see it is a Meryl or her daughter, and yes it her daughter Mamie, i've 3 times soth this movie!!!I hope and i wish for Mamie oscars!!!
