On the beach in Malibu on Tuesday, the studly Matthew Mcconaughey filmed scences for his upcoming moving "Surfer Dude." The film is directed by Tom Hanks and will be coming out in 2008. Matthew was climbing trees, running around, and lighting things on fire all day. Sounds like a fun job to me!

It's Surfer, Dude with a comma and the director is S.R. Bindler. Tom Hanks' production company is involved, next to Matthew's own j.k. livin productions.
