What do I love more than chocolate and cuddly little puppies? Paris Hilton jail updates, of course. And at the moment, the legal system appears to be playing a rousing game of pong, with Paris reprising the role of the little ball that gets boinked from one side to the other. But why not? I mean, what's she so busy doing outside of jail anyways? Just more boinking, I imagine. So, now, as a result of a motion filed Thursday afternoon by L.A.   • I just love how she went to the MTV awards and said she could have went to an easy jail but chose to do her time so people wouldn't bitch. 3 days later she freaks. I hate her and her herpes. She represents everything wrong in this world.

  • the judge is just an asshole on a power tip he is doing this just to get his 15 mins of fame probaly because his parents did't love hime enough when he was a child, ibet if it was hias daughter or someone else he knew well or cnnected with politics they would get out it!!!!!

    Thanks for the recommendation on anger management but I prefer to self medicate with jagermeister shots and the occasional nog-a-saki. This is how I got through Cornell without ever making it to the library.

  • I think jail will be good for Paris give her a reality check about life if ya do the crime pay thats the problem will if she was from a poor family she would not have all the publicity just an ordinary dui and suspended case you will live Paris so stop crying at least you have a family that cares good luck with her future in the future have your driver drive you around when your partying so you wont go through this again it's not like you all dont have the money !!!

  • Life is what it is!You do the crime you do the time.There shouldnt be no if, ands, buts, about it.Rather you rich or poor black or white.Nobody perfect, everybody mistakes but when you make the same one twice how can u feel sorry that person? I dont! What if she was jail for killing somebody from driving drunk.See its a blessing that she doing what they gave her could be a whole lot worse.

  • im sick and tired of two kinds of justice in this country, one for the rich and one for average people.she broke the law and she should go to jail.im not proud of it,but i was jailed for d.u.i. and i had to do my time.she is a symbol of many things that r wrong with this country.do your time and stop your hysterics.

  • I can't imagine why all of you jealous poor people are so angry. Paris has extreme punishment for a freakin misdeamenor. The judge really did the State of California an injustice. He could have easily had the Hilton family pay $1,000 a day for that tether instead of us paying for her keep. By the way, most rich and middle class people who are non violent offenders get to pay for their stay in work release when they commit a misdeamenor offense and continue paying for their stay in the slammer. The judge that sentenced Paris was just a right wing conservative excercising his power and control.
