Isaiah Washington has been fired from the ABC show "Grey's Anatomy" and his dismissal comes as a direct result of several well publicized incidents.  Back in October, Washington had a fight on set with Patrick Dempsey after Washington reportedly referred to gay castmate TR Knight as a "faggot".  He then again said "faggot "at the Golden Globes in January.
