Fire Destroys Home on Tiger Woods' Property

Fire on Friday morning destroyed a home on the $38 million property recently purchased by Tiger Woods on Jupiter Island, Florida. There are no reports of injuries, and Woods, his wife Elin and their newborn baby girl were back at the Woods' current home in Orlando.Woods is building a larger home on Jupiter Island, where he bought the 10-acre parcel of land last year. The property included two boat docks and four houses at the time Woods bought it, and he recently purchased a number of other homes on the island. Woods, who with an income of more than $100 million a year is the highest-paid athlete in history, apparently plans to build a family compound.Fire investigators are still determining the cause of the blaze, which may have been due to a severe lightning storm that went through the area on Friday morning.Tiger has two homes, the one he wasn't staying at burned down. Somehow I think they can afford to rebuild, considering it was one of TWO homes.

I agree. I don't think this was a life and death situation considering they weren't there and they have another home.
