Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer, Blair Berk, is up in arms over what she claims is an "unverified" claim originating from the Beverly Hills Police Department that Lindsay had a blood-alcohol level approximately two times the legal limit, as well as trace amounts of cocaine in her system at the time of her car crash this past Memorial Day weekend.
