Monica Cruz, the sister of Penelope Cruz, seems to be much hotter than her sister; at least this is how I see her. It’s amazing how much they look alike and yet look so different. But, again everybody see things different. Maybe for me Monica looks hotter, but for some people Penelope looks hotter. It’s a matter of taste. So which one you think is the hot sister?

  • I dunno she may be hotter in the traditional sense, but her looks aren't interesting like Penelope.
