LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - Thursday July 12 2007. A bra-less Rose McGowan arrives at Il Sole Restaurant in a grey vest top revealing more than she imagined much to one male onlookers surprise. She wore black cropped jeans, peep-toe shoes and carried a red handbag. The "Charmed" actress has recently starred in a number of films including "The Black Dahlia" and "Grindhouse".
