Don Imus Gets Sued by Rutgers Basketball Player

As a result of Don Imus' on-air comments about the Rutgers Women's Basketball team, he is now facing a lawsuit from the star center of the team, Kia Vaughn. The suit cites slander, libel and defamation and is asking for an unspecified amount of monetary damages. Vaughn's attorney, Richard Ancowitz, feels confident that his client will prevail in this case.
