Victoria Beckham has lost 4lb in two days thanks to a new wonder diet that's kick-starting her new diet and fitness regime. After she has put on half a stone since arriving in Los Angeles, she has decided she wants to get rid of the weight and she has even joined a spa/gym. Victoria is also said to be interviewing personal trainers, wants to learn pilates, is interviewing dance trainers and is virtually starving herself in preparation for the spice girls reunion tour.
Posh's Diet
- Breakfast - wheatgrass shot, fruit
- Snack - Edamame beans, berries
- Lunch - Steamed fish with broccoli or big salads
- Snack - Prawns
- Dinner - Grilled fish with carrots, plus two litres of water a day
And this is the miracle diet that experts say could shift a whopping 10lb in just 48 hours. They say that it gives you all the nutrients you need so you don't need real food. well if posh likes it it's going to be hard to dissagree!
