Country singer Gretchen Wilson announced plans to complete her high school education. The thirty-three year old “Redneck Woman” singer claimed her six year old daughter, Grace, inspired her to study for her GED, so she can secure a future for their family with, or without, a hit record.

  • I applaud you Gretchen for going back and getting an education. We ALL make choices in life that we sometimes have to go back correct. And like for you, getting an education is one of those things. You're amazing and don't ever let anyone tell you differetly!

  • hey gretchen im fixen to be 16 the 27 of this month and all and i have always wanted to be like you.. your my roll model and everything i love muddin and hangin out sometimes drinkin with my friends and all but i have never been to a concert of yours but i have ever cd that is out and everything i just wish that one day i could meet u in person well okay later girl
