My neighbor has officially put his house up on the market! I’ve run into Usher around town in a variety of (interesting) ways. Usher has always resided just a left, a right, and a left away from my home in Alpharetta.

PEOPLE Reports:

The singer and newlywed, 28, is asking $1.95 million for his 5-bedroom, 4½-bathroom, gray stucco home in the Alpharetta suburb of Atlanta, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
