We have just learned that Britney Spears will be temporarily relinquishing custody rights of her two sons. She will be ordered to turn over Sean Preston and Jayden James to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline as a result of testimony made against the pop star, alleging reports of "nudity, drug use and safety issues post-rehab," made by her bodyguard, Tony Barretto. Britney will have to tie her name with some male superstar like Orlando Broom, Leonardo De'Capicio, Matt Demon...to get back the celebrity star status of her past.

bind a brit fan and a mom I am torn on one hand she does need some time to get back on track she did not do anything the court ordered she did take the kids out on several occaions with all those cameras any kid would be scared to death but she cant keep them home like prisoners either. I dunno maybe it is best for right now not forever but for right now. I am sure she will be able to see the kids whenever she wants but until she is where she needs to be OMG I cannot believe I am saying they would be better off with kevin but she does need time on her own to get her self straightened up and I believe in her heart she knows that. this is it though either she is gonna get straightened out or lose it altogether. I dunno I am confused on exactly why she lost the kids. just because she didnt comply to court orders does not make her an unfit mother does it? now if she would have tested positive for drugs that would be different but as far as i know she hasnt tested positive. I just feel sorry for her. she has been through so much and it just is one blow after another and to me she is a single mom trying to get her career back yeah going out occaionally but its a free country i thought she is 25 she is allowed to drink legally if she wants I am sure her kids were not an any danger so why did exactly she lose her kids? court and legal people can be as bad as the press. I have been following the ups and downs of britney for a long time and I just dont get it this girl does not have the FREEDOM to live any kind of life. I think she tries so hard to live a normal life. but can"t. I guess what makes me the angriest is she has not neglected or abused the kids in any way, yet she is being treated like she has. I am very angry about this whole thing. I guess hollywood has their own laws this just does not seem very american to me. does it to you?
