The winner has been chosen! Kanye West out sold 50 Cent in album sales in the first week. According to SoundScan and Yahoo! Wests "Graduation" sold  957,000 copies to 691,000 copies of 50 Cents "Cutis" record.

"To be a champion, you've got to take out a champion," West said Tuesday night at GQ's 50th anniversary party.

    50 Cent threw down a bet last month in an interview with hip-hop website SOHH.com. "If Kanye West sells more records than 50 Cent on September 11, I'll no longer write music". "I'll write music and work with my other artists, but I won't put out any more solo albums."

So we will see what happens!! You have to give "50" credit for trying though!
