Photos from the NYC set of “Sex and the City: The Movie” reveal a very important plot twist: Kristin Davis’ long-suffering character Charlotte is finally pregnant. Charlotte’s fertility issues were focal point of the HBO series, so it’s interesting to see a resolution.
