My Name is Earl star Jason Lee, 37, a dad himself to Pilot Inspektor, 4, praises co-star and Emmy winner Jaime Pressly on her mothering skills. Jaime, 30, welcomed son Dezi James on May 11.

She brings her son everywhere she goes. I think she takes a lot of pride, being a true souther girl, in being hands-on and the least Hollywood as possible. She's got it all under control.
