If you’re wondering how they came to be, their love blossomed like a slutty rose when Pamela had sex with Rick to pay off her $250,000 gambling debt. Sort of like Cinderella, but more whorish and minus the prince charming and magic pumpkin. So, really, not like Cinderella at all. Sorry.
