We've got to hand it to Kimora Lee Simmons.  It takes one special lady to make girls want to have fat…Baby Phat, that is.  And the former model turned fashion designer turned all around style maven is that special lady.

 

Kimora's got a lot of things going for her, and that's not even counting all the dough from her clothing company or the huge alimony payout she's bound to be getting from her ex-hubby, hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons.  Kimora is one tall drink of water, at a leggy six feet tall it's no surprise she was a hit in the modeling world when she first debuted back in the late 1980s.

 

Lately, Kimora's been known for her fabulous fashion sense. She's also a clothes horse to put Carrie Bradshaw to shame.  The girl's got over 500 pairs of jeans alone, and has a computer program to help her pick outfits out of her giant color-coordinated closet.  Talk about a phatty wardrobe.

  • She is definitly pritty. Still I would not call her stunning. Something about her face does not quite hit. However as you say she is a model and I totally believe that she has style.

  • i really do not understand why style network allows kimora simmons to mispronounce "cannes" over and over...and at the same time give her daughters bad french lessons. why didn't someone tell her how to say "cannes" (rhymes with "can".). she keeps saying "Kahn" which is the pronunciation for the french ciy CAEN.

  • So, I know that Kimora is all that magnificent, but I would love to be a personal assistant, I know she already has a few, but I personally would love to assist her. Personally I know that it would be a challenge, but personally I think a good whole-some boy from Iowa; she would see a fresh new perspective on what the Midwest sees and with a worldly knowledge can view . If only I could e-mail her and plead my abilities to her. Darn her scrupulosities and me just sitting her wishing I could share my skills!

  • Kimora is a beautiful woman and of course I admire wonderful people. But her personal assistants are idiots. What Kimora needs is a mother of three to help her. Only another mother can understand what this woman needs and the kind of help she is looking for. So when you want serious help let me know.

  • Kimora is definitely doing her thing. She's a go getter.However as I watch "The Fab Lane", her as a person does not set right with me. I know that you have to carry yourself in a certain way with this business, but the way she carries herself is as if its all about her. She tries to intimidate those around her and wants what she wants when she wants it. Again, who said that she was Queen Kimora and that everyone around her needs to bow down. Kimora needs to remember where it is that she came from, NONTHING. Not only is she a model that no one can remember her being famous for, but she is who she is because of Russell. Without him she would be nonthing, Baby Phat nor her newest KLS collection would never exist. I'm sorry for those who are big fans of Kimora, but this is just something that I have been feeling for awhile about people who came from nonthing and now have something and carry themselves as if they are above ALL, trust, she's not the only one. Sometimes people need to recognize.

  • Yes, Kimora is doing her thing. However I have to give it up for the person that said "who said she was QUEEN Kimora " you are sooooooo rite about everthing you said about her. Its about time someone keep it real about Kimora. By the way Kimora you always talk about "FABULOUSITY" but I don't see any of that in you at all,and you only think your fabulous because Russell took you under his wing (with out him and his money you would be NOTHING). To Russell I am happy that you to are not together anymore. You can now find someone that is not a Fake B*@!h like your ex-wife.

  • i admire her so so so much!! thats why my email address is similar to her name.she is the fashion goddest. she got the looks,the style and everything else. there's no one can ever compete her. the queen of fashion that's what she is. i would really love to work in babyphat co. one day.

  • I've become an avid fan of this "Fabulous Woman" and her two gorgeous little girls. I love that she is so true to life. Watching her and the awesome work staff she employes go about business as usual, no matter what the circumstance, is so vigorating. I can only dream to live "Fabulosity" but Kimora takes me there whenever I watch the show. This senior citizen way out in Hawaii truly appreciates the talent and charisma Kimora and her staff presents. Aloha, Margaret Buendia

  • Ming Lee, the oldest daughter if I'm not mistaken is the beauty. That is one of the most gorgeous little girls I've ever seen. Aoki is cute too, she looks more like her father-and tongue-tied just like hem!

  • kimora really inspires me she does, i dont care who say what about her but i think that she is one of the most hardworking talented celebrities in the fame industry, im from britain and let me tell you this the celebs in brit are all talentless with buisnesses they dont even participate in such as Jordan and victoria beckham but yet see money....so keep up the good work kimora and lez dont eva change oh an me and my mum loves your clothes

  • im 20 an im attending university to start my own buisness in fashion when i leave, and im really inspired by kimora, when i think of her it gives me a reason to do this, i do a lot of custom made garments for customers, and a fashion shows.

  • She's a horrible person! I saw her in Hawaii at the airport and she was throwing a fit with the skycap because her bags were overweight and she didn't want to pay. Can you believe she told him, "i'm a single mother, can't you give me a break." Unbelievable!
