Lindsay Lohan looks like she's happy to be alive. And shouldn't she be? After all, she found the man of her dreams, Riley Giles, while in rehab. Nevermind the fact that Bree Tierney, who happened to be engaged to him is busy picking up the broken pieces of her heart off the floor. Lindsay's too busy to worry about that though because she was busy getting her hair done by Ken Paves.

Lindsay's back! As soon as she breaks up with Riley Giles, you'll have to hide your man.
