Fight! Kid Rock gets arrested again

I Like It I Don't Like It

Kid Rock will bust up your party. Or your local bar. Or the line at the post office. Just ask him round and he'll clear the room.

The rocker and portable donnybrook went after love rival Tommy Lee barely a month ago, but Kid "Were You Looking At Me? I Think You Were" Rock is already brawling again.

This time he was arrested (Kid's cheerful mugshot here) in Atlanta, Georgia after he partook in an indecorous scuffle in the parking lot of the Waffle House in DeKalb County.

Kid dropped by the restaurant at 5:15 Sunday morning, right after his set at The Tabernacle.

A male customer recognized a woman in Kid's entourage, and that's when the fists started flying.

Police say that the customer and the woman had words, which led to an argument, which led to a brawl, which led to a broken window, which led to a few folks being carted off without their pancakes. Or waffles. Or whatever, point is, they were deprived of their breakfast and their liberty.

Kid's tour bus was stopped and held by the po-lice (that's how they say it in Georgia); Kid and five members of his entourage were taken into custody on a misdemeanor charge of simple battery. Kid Rock got a photo opp, but not one he was planning on, necessarily.

The customer was charged with second degree criminal damage to property for allegedly smashing a window at the restaurant. That happens to be a felony in Georgia, so, whoops. He was taken to Northside Hospital and treated for cuts, bruises and lacerations.

Kid Rock bonded out and scooted out of the DeKalb County jail at 5.pm. Sunday night, signing autographs for fans as he made his way back to the tour bus and rolled off into the sunset. He did not stop for waffles.
