Access Hollywood got the inside scoop on Victoria Beckham’s recent visit to the Ellen DeGeneres show which airs today. During the interview Victoria admits that she never works out because she doesn’t know what to wear to the gym. Her only exercise regime involves caring for her three sons.

“I don’t do anything,” Posh purred. “I’m running around after three kids and they play soccer. They just . . . throw footballs at me and I just stand from left to right and that kind of keeps me fit.”

How lucky is she? Victoria also told Ellen that she would love to have another child, in particular a girl this time.

“I have a big tour coming up and I don’t want to get pregnant,” Posh explained. “We’ll do the practicing and we’ll see what happens.”

The Spice Girls world tour starts on December 2 in Canada and their new album of greatest hits will hit stores on January 15th. You can catch your first glimpse of the Spice Girls reunited on December 4th at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on CBS.
