Remember some time back when Johnny Depp’s daughter was sick with some sort of mystery illness? Bless his heart, he managed to keep his family’s personal matters out of the limelight and his 8-year-old daughter is doing just fine now.
While he still is mum about what his daughter Lily Rose was ailing from in the hospital, it appears it was a very serious matter. Depp told Entertainment Weekly, "To say it was the darkest moment, that's nothing. It doesn't come close to describing it. Words are so small."
We’re relieved to hear that things are going well -- Depp commented that Lily Rose “pulled through beautifully, perfectly, with no lasting anything."
Other things we’re thankful for? Seeing the delicious and talented Mr. Depp grace the big screen in the upcoming Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Bring on the British accent and smoldering good looks – even if he’s in pale makeup, he’s still hot.
