See More... US magazine is reporting that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will be back in court Thursday.A hearing in the Spears-Federline custody case has been set for Thursday at 8:30 a.m.

A source close to the case tells Us that the hearing was called by Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan. The source says Kaplan plans to make a motion to restrict Spears' driving rights due to a technical violation of her court-ordered drug testing. Spears was recently called for a test and could not be reached within the hour, says the source.

The source adds that Spears has not tested positive on any drug test.
