I think we guessed that," the singer told Extra at the Latin Grammy Awards on Thursday. "Either that or she swallowed a basketball!"Lopez and husband Marc Anthony officially confirmed their pregnancy Wednesday night in Miami at the close of their El Cantante Tour.
