See More... Fashionistas are in for another fun season of "Project Runway," when the hit Bravo series returns to the tube tonight at 10 p.m, with 15 new designers hoping to stitch their way to the $100,000 grand prize.

"With each successive season of 'Project Runway,' at least in my view, the group of designers is stronger and stronger," says mentor-to-the-designers TIM GUNN. "Season four is the strongest group yet."

Fans who enjoyed past seasons when the designers' first challenge was to remake the clothes they were wearing -- an idea that came to host/executive producer HEIDI KLUM while she was taking a shower -- or to whip up a creation from the curtains, sheets and quilts that were in the apartment where they were staying, may be disappointed. The designers are actually given new fabric for their first effort this season. But stay tuned. The quality of the designs is worth watching -- plus there is a small meltdown.

"For me the most spectacular moment is when they come around the corner for the very first time, and I see them on that runway," Heidi says. "Sometimes we give them hardly any money, and they make something that looks like it cost two or three thousand dollars. That to me is, 'Wow!'"

Past "Project Runway" winners -- JAY McCARROLL, CHLOE DAO and JEFFREY SEBELIA -- are all doing well, so the new designers have something to inspire them. In fact, Heidi may wear designs by Chloe this go-round, because the second-season winner actually sent Heidi "a ton" of her designs for the supermodel to pick from.

"I did like Chloe a lot," Heidi compliments. "She was consistent, she was innovative, she had real smarts and brains about her, the way she talked about her clothes. She actually converted her experience on the show to reality, which is also very important."

Part of that smarts was to remain in Houston, where Chloe's store, Lot 8, is located. Instead of moving to New York, she used her prize money to expand her business. Tim reports that she has appeared on QVC three times, and that she also is talking to Neiman Marcus about a line.

As for Jeffrey, he presented his designs at Fashion Week in both New York and Los Angeles.

"I was just at the Grove shopping at Theodore," Heidi says. "I [saw something I liked and said], 'That is cool,' and it was Jeffrey Sebelia. I had no idea he was selling at the store."

And speaking of Jeffrey, the season three DVD of "Project Runway" has just been released, which includes all the high-fashion drama created by Jeffrey, ULI HERZNER, LAURA BENNETT and MICHAEL KNIGHT in 15 extended episodes, plus bonus features.

As for who might win this season's competition, Heidi admits, "We have someone on the show now that is amazing, but we can't talk about them yet."

And Tim confesses he just doesn't know: "I am the worst judge of these things. The people that I think, 'Oh, this person is going to be a shoe-in,' ends up not being as strong as I expected. And the people I am concerned about just take off and have an incredible trajectory. I will say with absolutely impunity each of the designers on this show, any one of them, could win the entire thing."
