During a taping of her talk show on Nov. 14, the enthusiastic Food Network star adressed the tabloid rumors regarding her marriage to John Cusimano, calling the articles "junk," PEOPLE reports."Everybody gossips ... but this stuff is hurting people's feelings who are in our families and friends of ours. They worry about us," Ray said during the show, which is set to air on Nov. 16.
Since getting married in 2005, negative rumors about Cusimano's past and current habits have dogged the couple. Various reports have said that the couple's marriage is on the rocks.
"There's always someone that's going to be telling stories behind your back, but this is too much," Ray said to her audience, adding that tabloids "won't stop printing this junk until people stop buying it."
Ray's spokesperson went on to tell PEOPLE that "Rachael and John have never been happier."
