Ugh. Seems Jason Wahler got out of the slammer a little early because he’s been a good boy. We find that hard to believe. But, he still faced a bigger jail sentence than Paris or Lindsay.
He actually served 20 days of his 30 day sentence – you know for underage drinking and assault? We’re guessing he’s a redeemed man now? Not sure we’d go that far…
Jason was arrested in Seattle on April 8^th , for causing a ruckus at a Marriott hotel, including punching a security guard in the mouth. He left the hotel, but returned “a short time later” – police discovered a passed out Jason in a hallway, “smelling strongly of alcohol.” Dreamy.
What a year for Wahler – he’s already been in rehab and jail, the calling cards of young Hollywood. His publicist confirmed the early release and said, “He’s free, and he’s doing well.”
Next up for J-Wahl? A reality series called Teen Savers, where he mentors troubled youth. Dude, just get off our TVs already!
