Are Paris Hilton and her former flame Stavros Niarchos hooking up again? In a classic case of “If I can’t have him, no one will,” Paris, 26, may have stuck her claws back into poor old Stavros. As soon as the tabloids began to report that Lindsay Lohan was spotted getting chummy with the guy, Paris swooped in like a hawk.

Since recently splitting from Riley Giles , Lindsay has been spending some quality time with her rumored ex, Stavros. Word travels quickly in Hollywood and Paris just wasn’t having it. In true diva form, Paris was seen all over town smooching up a storm with Stavros, 22, who should really know better at this point. So, does this mean that Alex Vaggo is already yesterday’s news?
